I think if you can create a company that brings people's dreams to reality, it's likely to be successful.

When I talk to various people who are starting up in business, the most important thing I can tell them is delegate. Find somebody better than yourself to do the day-to-day running. Make sure that you can find time to think about the bigger picture.

That's why I believe you should never stop asking 'What if?' and 'Why not?' Take those daring notions seriously, and go all-in on the bold leaps. They will keep you innovating.
